All of our designs are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. This means that until
or unless you are not completely satisfied with your design, we will continue to
work with you by providing unlimited free* revisions in a timely manner based on
your feedback.
Please keep in mind that a successful embroidery project requires a
combination of accurate digitizing, quality materials, and attentive sewing. We
strive to do our best on the digitizing side of your project. It is up to you to
choose the right fabric, needles, thread, and machine settings to run your
design. If you are having trouble with a design we would be glad to offer tips to
help you out with the sewing process.
Refund Policy
If you have placed any order with My Patch Store and you are not
satisfied with the result or if you have any issue with our quality or turnaround.
You may receive a refund by sending the following information to us via
email to info@mypatchstore.com within 3 business days
following the
completion of your order:
- Order Number
- Digital sample of your sew out in JPEG format
- Description of the problem you are having with this design
- Description of What have you done to resolve the problem
We will promptly address your request!
